"Narration by and interview with the artist accompany images of on-site material and television footage shot during construction of the initial installation in Kassel, Germany, together with excerpts form the six video tapes situated in that space. Touching on the various kinds of miscomprehension, displacement, and longing that characterize time spent in the Transit Bar, this tape follows the making of a work about being between worlds during a period of the greatest migration in human history, art and life each opening possibilities in the other at this way station."
