Film Description: "Taking a quick break from her freewheeling life as a travel writer and toxic bachelorette, Pippa McGee returns home to serve as bridesmaid at yet another wedding—even though she hates weddings, hates the whole idea of marriage. On her first morning home, her father, a tyrannical publishing mogul, has a heart attack. One of his magazines is in trouble and he desperately needs an editor. In an effort to please him, Pippa agrees to take over the magazine in question... Wedding Bells... and begins tackling the world of pink puffy dresses, frilly party favours, and commitment. After a couple of romantic entanglements, Pippa finds herself having to discover what love, commitment, and relationships are all about. Does love tie you down, or set you free?" -- Telefilm Canada (source) |
